Finally it has gotten above 20 degrees so that we could go play in the snow. Lane loved it. It was just like on the movie, The Christmas Story, it took forever to get the boy bundled up and dressed. Then he could barely walk. I forgot to thank Penny for the snow pants. There are a little too big still but we made them work. We can get another 2 years out of them I think! Thanks!!! We have to thank our sitter, Dena, for giving Lane some snow boots. They are wonderful. Lined with fleece and have Tonka trucks on the side. They are perfect. We did some sledding and snow ball throwing. There are a few more pics added too. He was on the potty the other day and had a pencil and paper. He pulled up his step stool and used it as a desk, too cute! Maybe only a mother can think it is cute, but I thought so. Lori and Laban got him a big stuffed Frog for Christmas. He loves it. He goes around the house saying "ribbit" all the time so the gift was perfect. He was taking a super long nap so I went to wake him and he was snuggled with Frog. So precious. You will notice that he is in his big boy bed now too! It is going just fine and he stays in it! He doesn't potty like a big boy, but he sleeps like a big boy. He was pretty proud of his bed when he saw that we made it a big boy bed!
My little potty scholar!
Lane snuggle with Frog. I must point out that he is snuggled with Cow too. Penny got this for him a long time ago and it sings a song "Don't worry be happy". We will all go to bed and it will be quiet, and all of a sudden you hear the song. Lane loves it!

Awe! I love the pictures of Lane sleeping. There is just something about them sleeping that is just so peaceful. We got some snow too and Cole loved it!
