I have been on break since Wednesday and I must say it is so nice to be at home. We have just relaxed and tried to get ready to head out for the wedding next week. We have a lot of driving to do but it will be nice to see the family and celebrate little Tytoo getting married. Lane and I went down to the school yesterday to play on the playground equipment. He had fun and we found a toad while we are playing. Lane wanted to catch it so he worked and worked to try and get him but he got just out of reach; Lane then cried; and then asked to go home. He is quite the little character. We have been practicing our counting and all he will tell me is that Grandpa is coming in 2 weeks. That was from Memorial Day weekend when they came and stayed and he is still telling me that Grandpa is coming in 2 weeks and he holds up 3 fingers. He is at such a fun age so I know this summer is going to be a fun one!
Here is Mr. Toad. Lane tried and tried to catch him and it was so cute watching him!
Mr. Toad went under the slide and Lane tried to get him.
He got so close!
Mr. Toad then went under the steps to a point where Lane could not reach him. He tried to touch him through the grates but that did not work either.
He just wanted to hold Mr. Toad so bad!
