First, an update. I went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago and everything is going well so far. I gained 4 lbs in that month! I am now up to 8 lbs. They did a glucose test for gestational diabetes and since I have not heard back from the doctor, I can assume that all is well. I am rotating in with the other doctors and now have to go every 2 weeks. I have another appointment this Thursday and I will give you another update then. I am 28 weeks now and in the third trimester. It has gone by soo fast!!
Now, for the baby shower. I had a very good time and I want to thank everyone who came and showered us with the lovely gifts. I think we actually almost got everything on our list and what we did not get, the money that we received will help to buy those, so thanks again everyone!
I also want to thank my mom, Lori, Ginger and Tasha for all of the cute decorations, good food, and fun games! I have some pictures and Derrick's Grandma should be sending some to show some of the gifts that I received so when I get those I will post those too!
