Lane and I had some "Mommy Time" this week before school starts. We have played and went to the park and fed some ducks. He is growing so fast. It will be fun when he starts walking so he can actually play! He had his 9 month checkup this week and everything looks good. We can start real milk around 11 months and we are going to transition to the sippy cup more and try to phase out the bottle before he is one. Wish us luck on that one because he is not liking it too well. He will drink water out of his cup but yesterday I added formula and he would not have it -- he knows it is suppose to be in a bottle so this may take awhile. School starts Monday so wish us a good first week!

Good luck with the transition of school & babysitter. I know it is so hard for you as well as him. Just remember you have an awesome job to where you get holidays & summers off to spend with your precious one!
